Delaney Ditchfield Recruitment is currently looking for full time Recruitment Consultants to join them on a self employed (commission only) basis. We are looking for people from a recruitment background to help grow our business nationally. Ideally you will have both telephone and face to face sales experience and are an ambitious, confident, well spoken individual.
Your role would involve attracting new business from client companies by using your sales and business development skills. This includes building relationships with candidates and clients by going out and meeting them, keeping in touch over the telephone and also in writing.
What we offer
- We offer a fantastic commission scheme (40% - 50% of every placement). A consultant can expect to earn between £25,000 -£50,000 per annum (although this is uncapped).
